1 John 4:7 (NIV) “Dear friends, let us love one another , for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.”

We are here seeing what is happening all over the world and there is a change that is coming. In this, God wants us to still show love and be compassionate to others as he intended. No matter how you may be feeling in light of recent events remember that you are loved. During these times whether you are joining in protest or protesting with your social media, don’t allow hate to invade your heart. Know that God deals with any and every person when the time is right.

Check-in with yourself and ask:

• Have I taken time with God today?
• Have I taken the time to just be alone to decompress?
• Have I told someone I love them?
• Did I do something fun at all?

At the end of the day whether you are single or married, take time to check-in with your loved ones. Check-in with yourself so you can realign yourself better towards God. Often times we are using all of our resources and time on other things and not with the ones that matter. Finally take time to just breathe in a silent area to release to God as he is aware what is happening in your life and he always wants whats best for you.
